Our tiered approach to Managed Services allow you to choose only the features that meet your requirements. You will be able to enjoy some or even all of the service features, depending on the program level you choose.
Choose from 3 different levels of support:

Platinum- Our most comprehensive remote monitoring solution designed with your production environment in mind. Platinum provides total out-tasked 24x7 management and monitoring with fast response times for critical issues.

Gold – Our midrange offering is for customers that may not require all of the comprehensive solutions of our Platinum offering, but still require critical support for servers, workstations, and infrastructure 24x7.

Silver – Our basic monitoring solution for customers that require entry level management and monitoring for non critical applications and infrastructure during normal business hours.

Each level can be tailored to meet your specific business challenges and requirements.
